Meet Susan
I’m Susan Pasarow, a Certified Nutritionist & Weight Loss Coach and a lover of all things related to food and nutrition!
Through my own health and wellness journey, I have become quite passionate about nutrition and how much
it directly impacts how we feel, look, and sleep. 

My approach to nutrition and weight loss coaching is
rooted in science and does not follow a restrictive fad diet
or unrealistic fitness regimens. You don’t have to choose between losing weight and eating the foods you love.
I teach my clients that a successful nutrition and weight loss plan is about balance, consistency, and small shifts in your
mindset, which will lead to feeling and looking better
for the rest of your life.
